Our Dubai office is at The Offices 2, One Central and our event planners in Dubai draw on creative, production, technical and operations specialists across the network.
Our team delivered noteworthy events such as UAE Future 50 for the Prime Minister’s Office, which hosted 90 founder guests and involved 50 customized showcases with flawless production. Some of the other projects include Dubai Run 30×30 on Sheikh Zayed Road, which created a lot of buzz as the largest run in the region, with more than 70,000 participants. While L’Oréal Kick-off 2025 offered the best engagement through dynamic staging, shared-space energy, and focused-strategy content, Mastercard Collaborate to Innovate 2024 showcased our ability to execute high-level stakeholder engagement. Yes. We take care of DTCM permits for all event types, and manage approvals from Dubai Municipality for safety and content. For international events, we also help with visa requirements and ID documentation. It’s all done upfront to keep things smooth and fully within UAE guidelines.
We shortlist venues by capacity, layout, loading access, power, AV, guest arrival and budget. Options may include Madinat Jumeirah, Atlantis The Palm, Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City Dubai and Coca-Cola Arena, subject to suitability and availability.
We recommend three to six months for a mid-sized corporate event, gala or launch. Large conferences, exhibitions, sports events and peak-season programmes often require six to twelve months. Starting earlier improves venue choice, supplier availability and creative development time.
